Ichiban Japanese Sushi & Steak House

I had no idea a nice place like this existed based on the location and how it looks on the outside. The food was amazing and the interior was very clean and upscale. The volcano sushi roll was the BEST sushi roll I’ve ever had! Will be coming here again.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. The saki and crab ragoon were excellent. Then the sushi came. Spicy tuna roll in my experience is supposed to have a crunch to it and a spice to it but this one was mushy and super fishy I could not stomach it. The salmon roll and spicy crab roll were fine but the tuna roll I don’t know if it was a mistake or if that’s how they make them but I couldn’t eat it. My husband had a chicken noodle dish and he liked that . I didn’t say anything when I was there because the server was literally so nice but I wanted to share somehow because hopefully they can use the feedback to make it better because it’s the only sushi place in the area and I would like to give it another try sometime. Super cute place though and super nice staff.
