They sometimes make mistakes but, other then some random small stuff easily best sub place in town especially since I have a gluten allergy there unwich allows me to choose a variety and no up charge.

Came in to pick up an extremely large group order and they didn’t have it. We submitted it again right in the store and the employees made 30+ subs in a very timely manner! Even wrote names on all the sandwiches. Great customer service!

Worst customer service you will ever receive. No one talks to you and everyone looks like a zombie. Will not be coming back. Oh and also don’t order the number 1 if you want any toppings because we got home and there was literally just ham and cheese and bread. When I called about the mess up the employee on the phone told me I could drive back to the store to get new ones and that next time I should read the menu. Thanks bud I did read the menu hence why I ordered the sub I did. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Made the trip to Jimmy John’s because we received an email offer. Upon our arrival we were told they don’t honor offers. We will no longer come here. Tables were also not clean although the restaurant was empty

Whether it's an app problem or an employee problem, customers should not be treated like jerks when your business screws up an order. Your employees should not be annoyed that customers expect correction for that mistake that your business made. Especially since there are 5000 other sub places in Hartford that one could choose to eat at. The customer is not always right but when the business is wrong, don't take it out on the customer. Very poor management.
