Best fast food spot in town they are quick friendly and always provide great service love coming here definitely recommend if you are in a hurry or don’t have time to cook I come here all the time and will for many more years

Whether it's an app problem or an employee problem, customers should not be treated like jerks when your business screws up an order. Your employees should not be annoyed that customers expect correction for that mistake that your business made. Especially since there are 5000 other sub places in Hartford that one could choose to eat at. The customer is not always right but when the business is wrong, don't take it out on the customer. Very poor management.
