Wow! So underrated! I don’t know why there are so many low reviews of the place. Truthfully, the low reviews are what kept me from visiting in the first place, but a friend wanted to meet here so I bit the bullet and am I glad I did! So good! Awesome brisket quesadilla and overall experience. 10/10 Keep up the great work guys!

We will not be coming back. We have tried to give this location three chances and it hasn't gotten better which sucks because Hartford has few options for food. The first time we came was within a week of their opening. They were understandably busy. The second time was about a month ago. I ordered online and when I got there, minutes after the time designated online, not only was my order not ready but they attempted to tell me they weren't going to fill it because they were too busy. Why couldn't they have called me or better yet don't even accept online orders? We decided to give it one more try and I told my husband ahead of time if there was a problem I wouldn't be coming back. Again I ordered online. I went inside where there were two couples eating, saying this to point out they weren't busy. Guess what? Once again they didn't have my order ready. Not only that but they hadn't even started it until I walked in and gave them my name despite the online system telling me the time to come and pick up the food. The point of ordering ahead is so you don't have to come in and place your order. Like any other place, you should be able to walk in and grab your order or give your name and they give you your order. I can understand waiting even up to 10 minutes or so for your food but our experience has just been ridiculous.

I promise I'm a reasonable person but the service experienced has ensured we will not return.

i ordered a burrito bowl and i paid extra for the extra protein. and asked for extra rice. and i load my bowl full of lots of stuff. and the bowl is still half empty! 15 dollars for a half filled bowl?! are you serious?

Do not order delivery through them. 30 minutes of wait time. One burrito was still not ready. One freaking burrito. The employees do not feel like making delivery orders at all. Several instances where this location was an issue.

First time there, they forgot my salsa. Second time ordering online was fine. Third time, they hadn't even started making my order when I pulled up. Told me it would be a few minutes because they needed to make the fajita veggies, proceeded to sit at the pick-up window for 10 mins. Huge line behind me. Got to work just on time just to find there was no chicken in my quesadilla. Edit to add that the fajita veggies weren't even cooked.

Not bad. I think they tend to season their food on the lighter side...even if you pick something bold. They must not salt at all ..that did help. I had Haberno Lime which they marked as 4 peppers... Honestly it was about as spicy as ketchup. I'd go back. The outdoor patio was nice on a warm night.

Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, terrible food. Two of us come in to find two individuals in line and a family of three just sitting down to eat. So we naturally assume that this should not take long. Wrong…

First, the two clowns behind the counter spend 10 minutes chatting with the two customers ahead of us, who appear to be their buddies. After a lot of very unnecessary discussion of how some supplier screwed up and provided them with flour taco shells, and unprofessional behavior like threatening to squirt a customer with sauce, the two customers are finally passed off to the cashier with an extra bowl of queso. By now, the family of three has eaten and is leaving…

Imagine our surprise when finally given the royal attention of the counter staff, to find several containers empty (the global lettuce supply clearly must be affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine…) And other containers to have plastic bags of colorless foodstuffs, which are doled out with plastic salsa bowls. Gritting teeth and recognizing that nothing will change the situation, we order, pay, and finally sit down.

Only to bite into what I can only describe as a saltlick. Only a very distressed deer would find this palatable. In disgust, we leave. Need I say more?

Very good food except the chips were a little stale and a lot of crumbs. The service was great! Very polite staff. The young man making our food was very friendly, spoke loud and clear. My only issue was with the cleanliness. They were also out of forks. I asked for 2, but he said he only had 1. So we shared.

I went in during lunch time and liked how they greeted me. There was a worker there that didn’t have a name tag but I love how she got into detail with explaining the options and very polite with a great smile I will definitely be coming back.

Group of 4. Didn't get our food. Went in to order, waited over half an hour to be addressed. Finally, they started making our order, but left it to sit on the make line for at least another 20 minutes, getting cold, while they chatted and made other orders. During this, we watched them dump fresh food on top of the old food in the make line. (If you've gotten sick after eating here recently, this would be why!) Not once was there a single glove change. (Ever hear of cross contamination?) It was so bad that our group had to walk out. We were very patient and understanding at first, but after seeing our food sit there in the open after being partially made for at least 20 mins, it absolutely killed our appetite. ? (Oh, they did offer to reheat it for us, though! Lmao!)
