Customer service is great here. The management team is stellar. The baristas do an excellent job. Great space for meetings, reading, and doing work. It's a great spot in Hartford!
I am a Door Dasher and often have pick ups at the Hartford Starbucks and no matter what time of day I come in or what crew is working I am greeted with smiles. Everyone is so pleasant and lovely. When I was in yesterday I let them know how much I appreciate them. It makes my job so much easier. I just want others to know, so they stop in and visit this wonderful location. A+++++
The lovely older women with the cute blue and purple hair is truly such a pleasure. She is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant when she serves me. I'm not sure how much you pay your baristas, but that woman deserves a raise!
