“I had the pulled pork sandwich which came with beans, coleslaw and french fries but the server was happy to substitute the mac and cheese for the french fries. I found the pulled pork and barbecue sauce combination too smoky for my taste but my husband thought it was excellent. I felt the mac and cheese could have had more flavor- perhaps another kind of cheese needs to be added to it.
We both really enjoyed the coleslaw and the baked beans had a nice molasses flavor. My husband said the ribs that he had were smoked perfectly for his taste and he really enjoyed the broasted chicken as well. He also loved the cornbread that came with his meal.
Our server Heidi was very attentive and we were impressed with the great service that she provided! The portions are very generous as a lot of people have mentioned in the reviews.“
