“Diane is working by herself so don’t expect snappy service. She is absolutely delightful and a pleasure to talk to about anything. You can order whatever you want as long as it’s a burger and fries. And let me say that the half pound burger on a sourdough bun is among the BEST I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the quaint and cozy atmosphere as well. She only takes cash so be prepared and tip her well.“

“Though it's usually never my first choice (I live farther out of town) I do like this place. There is always something going on whether its a benefit, a band, bar league sports like darts, etc. and their food is SO good. The Aloha Wrap, Pickle Pizza, and their Parmesan Garlic Wings are seriously some of the best in Hayward. John and Stephanie are super great people.Parking: There is an additional parking lot across Highway 27/70.“
