We finally got a chance to try Tamarack's this summer and it was AMAZING. It was busy but we were seated within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Super fun atmosphere. We got the ribs (of course) and the BBQ pizza with the gluten free crust. It was the BEST gluten free crust we've ever had. Throughout our meal we had to keep reminding ourselves to slow down so we could keep eating, and eating! My pinot noir was also excellent.

Very pleased with the first visit to tamarack farms and will definitely be a returning customer! The atmosphere is great, the food is great and quick. The staff is absolutely amazing! I did notice a new waitress who’s name is Courtney who said it was her first day on Saturday. I must say she definitely seemed to know a lot about the wines and menu for being her first day.
