We finally got a chance to try Tamarack's this summer and it was AMAZING. It was busy but we were seated within 20 minutes. Excellent service. Super fun atmosphere. We got the ribs (of course) and the BBQ pizza with the gluten free crust. It was the BEST gluten free crust we've ever had. Throughout our meal we had to keep reminding ourselves to slow down so we could keep eating, and eating! My pinot noir was also excellent.
Arrived at 6:15 pm and had a group of 10. Told maybe 45 mins to an hour. No problem. Finally got seated at 7:30pm. Waited for a waitress, Megan finally came and we placed our orders. About 10 mins later, she came out and said they were out of ribs and pork. Ordered brisket instead. Heard another waitress tell her table they were all out of meat.
