“After a hike on the Wagon Wheel Trail, my family and I decided to try Corky's Pizza in LaCrescent, MN. My children and my wife absolutely loved this place and said they would be back at Corky's Pizza soon. We were immediately seated, and the restaurant was not too busy. The menu was extensive, and my children had no difficulty finding something to eat here. The person who waited on us was very good about keeping our drinks full and promptly refilling them. When we asked for condiments or extra special items, he seemed a bit annoyed at the requests. My children had burgers, pizzas, and desserts, and absolutely loved every bite. My sandwich was okay. The sides with most of the entrees are kettle chips, and French fries are not on the menu. The prices were very reasonable and we all enjoyed their breadsticks. Corky's desserts really left my family wanting more. We liked the presentation and the size of the desserts. My children wanted to come back very soon for the desserts and talked about the desserts on the drive home. I would recommend Corky's Pizza if you are in the area for a splendid family outing.“

“This is a customizable frozen pizza joint, keep expectations at that level. The people working were very kind, the pizza was there and all the customizations were met (we have a dairy allergy, and they were able to do vegan cheese which is rare in this area) the kids enjoyed the make your own pizza and the price point for those was perfect. The stuffed crust is basically Freschetta frozen pizza, the calzone was made to order (with the vegan cheese) and it was very tasty according to those who tried it.
If you're expecting gormet pizza? Don't go here. If you need a quick meal with some fun options to fill the tank? Papa Murphy's is a solid choice.“

“This place is a well-kept secret! We got a gift card last Christmas and until then, I'd only driven by it. But today was probably the tenth time I've picked up pizzas to go, and they're the best around.I work in Foodservice, and I appreciate the extra-effort these guys put into their product. I've probably picked up or received delivery for well over a thousand pizzas, and the number one complaint with a lot of places is that the pizza isn't hot. Not with these guys - the first time I got home and opened a pizza box from Big Al's Too, I was blown away - they put their pizzas on a cardboard circle and also wrap their pizzas in foil. You know why everyone doesn't do this? Because it's EXPENSIVE, that's why. I use aluminum foil at work every single day and I can tell you that the price has almost doubled in the last few years. But you know what's also doubled? The temperature when you stick your hand in the box when you rip off the foil - look out, that pizza is smoking hot. But it makes a huge difference. I got pulled over a few months ago for speeding on the way home, and it took the guys a little bit to run my license and registration, but the pizza was still steaming hot when I got home and everyone was happy.If you haven't tried this place, give it a shot - you'll be glad you did.“

“It was not anyone's fault that the conveyor belt had stopped and part of pizza got burnt. The man that took our order came to tell us that half the pizza could be served and that another of the same was in oven and would be boxed for us if we wanted. Of course we agreed with their decision!“

“My wife and I stopped by last Friday (9/12/2025). Our first choice (suggested by our host) was the Red Pines Bar and Grill, but after being notified that it would be a 45-minute wait, we decided to go to Angelinis. We are so glad we did! Our first time in a real Italian restaurant. The waiter, after giving me a quick lesson in the correct pronunciation of "bruschetta," was very amiable and professional. A wonderful young man! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent, but the lighting was a little lacking. Some people were using their phone's flashlight to read the menu. Added Angelinis to our "Must Return If In The Area" list! Well done!“
