“The pizza is always great. The people are very nice. They always have it ready on time. The website is easy to use. Prices are fair. It is easy to get in and out of parking lot. The facility is clean. I have never had a problem or complaint.“

Our first choice (suggested by our host) was the Red Pines Bar and Grill, but after being notified that it would be a 45-minute wait, we decided to go to Angelinis. We are so glad we did! Our first time in a real Italian restaurant. The waiter, after giving me a quick lesson in the correct pronunciation of "bruschetta," was very amiable and professional. A wonderful young man! The food was fantastic. The service was excellent, but the lighting was a little lacking. Some people were using their phone's flashlight to read the menu. “Fantastic pizza. We got a large regular (thin) crust pep. and half sausage. One of the better ones I have had in La Crosse. Would definitely get again. Delivery was very fast for 7pm on a Saturday night and was still super warm when we got it.“

“We hosted a rehearsal dinner at the restaurant. We were in the private area of the restaurant, and it worked out beautifully for our 30 guests. The food was excellent! The biggest hits - the kale salad, the bruschetta, hot honey pepperoni pizza and the bacon & fig jam pizza. Our guests enjoyed the variety of pizzas and the unique flavors offered. The pizza came out fast and the staff kept up with everything that was eaten. Sometimes even asking guests what they liked and if they had special requests. I was able to spend time visiting with our guests and not worrying about the food or drinks. We were told repeatedly how much everyone enjoyed their meal- music to my ears! I cannot thank Spencer and Tyler enough- it really was extraordinary! They far surpassed our expectations- not only with the venue- but the truly tasty food. If you are in La Crosse - do not overlook this place!“

“So I grew up, and lived most of my life in Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area, and I recently relocated to La Crosse. I was pretty sure I was not going to be able to find genuine Chicago Tavern Style thin crust pizza here-I was wrong!!

South Lanes pizza is true Chicago style thin crust pizza (cut into squares, as pizza should be)-perfect crispy crust, the right amount good cheese and nice sauce going almost to the edge of the pie. The Italian sausage has incredible taste.

I hate to admit this, but South Lanes pizza is pretty much as good as anything you'd find in Chicago.
Now, as a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, I'm not going to be rooting for the Packers (or Vikings) anytime soon, but it's nice to know you can get great Chicago style thin crust pizza in Wisconsin!“

“My husband and I decided to go back to Big Al's and have pizza like we used to when we were first dating. They have remodeled since we last here, it looks great and it still has interesting things to look at. But, a couple things haven't changed. And this particular location, their vestibule smells like heaven like I walk in there and I don't know what they have going on for scent, but it makes you want a hot tub like it's so amazing. And the staff here, their customer service was great. Again, of course, the kids today are doing such a good job at being human beings. So polite so on top of their game. You can order by the slice, which is exactly what we needed. Like most by the slice pizza places, they take the slice and throw it back in the oven for a few minutes before serving it to you. Overall, the pizza was pretty good and we'd definitely go back if we're passing through La Crosse and need a quick bite to eat.“
