Awesome food and service
Wife and I like coming to Big Al's for the atmosphere and the food. But our waitress either distracted or didn't want to be there. Her greeting made us feel less welcome not like the other times we've been there. She took our order and bought our drink then left didn't ask if we wanted straws. Never came back to see if we needed refills. I went up myself to get them. It wasn't busy at the time we were there. As for the check. I feel like a Regular at this point. Celiac safe!! Always helpful with questions. Feels like my grandpa's dream with all of the vintage signs on the walls.
