I have ordered the BBQ chicken pizza for years at several locations. Unfortunately I just got one from the a Horicon store. It had double the amount of BBQ sauce. The toppings were all falling off because of having too much sauce on there. When I called the store and said that it's inedible, the manager in charge was rude and asked What do you want me to do about it? I politely said Nothing but you need to be aware. Because if it happens to me, it will happen to other's....

My family and I always get pizza from here. The best times to get pizza are on Fridays and Saturdays, and there is definitely a lack of management on Sundays as there is a discrepancy in the quality of the food and the customer service that you're going to receive. If you stay away on Sunday, this place is awesome! Good service, good food, any typically ready when it should be!
