Caribou Coffee on Carmichael offers drive-thru ordering and pick up so you can get your day started with speed. The drive thru was timely, and the service was friendly and professional. The craft specialty coffees were original and unlike offerings at other mainstream coffee chains.
Love this place. It's my daily. Best part is, if there's an issue with my drink, I just write it in on the app, the manager gets it the next morning, and I have yet to not get a free drink. I don't abuse this privilege, but it is nice they admit mistakes happen. Can't forget I get welcomed by name every morning!
Caribou Coffee is a cozy little nook: A quaint blend between franchise and "hole in the wall". The coffee is always well made along with the manners and conversation. The service is quick and accurate.
