The quality of your food is fine. I just ask you focus on being less freaky fast and more accurate. Over the past few months we have ordered six times approximately for delivery. Five of those orders have resulted in the customized sandwich being wrong, the chips not being delivered or the pickles not being delivered. Once or twice I get it, mistakes happen, but this is becoming a consistent pattern. Please take the time and refocus on getting it right over getting it fast....read full review
Maybe if the parking lot was actually plowed the drivers wouldn't have to shovel their cars out for each delivery.
I understand its a big snowstorm but next door buisness' had their lots so people could actually drive in them.

Ordered 2 sandwiches using the app then arrived to eat inside instead of the car. My sandwich was made perfectly. Her sandwich indicated NO MUSTARD but it came loaded with mustard. She ate it anyways as she doesn't want to create a fuss. One of the workers was more involved in trying to impress his coworker with useless facts such as 99% of Australia's population is in just 3 cities (which is not correct) instead of focusing on getting the order correct with NO MUSTARD....read full review
