If you haven't been to The Empourium for steak night on Thursdays you are missing out. A 16 oz Prime Ribeye, choice of potato, green beans or asparagus and a side salad for 35$
Any day of the week the food and service are top notch though so if you can't make a Thursday you'll still be impressed any day.
