“I'm giving it a 5 star based on my meal. It was called Zarape and I chose steak. I love Mexican food and eat it frequently. We make our own at home. If you enjoy Mexican, you'll love Zarape!”

“This place is a banger. The customer service is an absolute 10/10 they were so nice and efficient. Don’t even get me started on the food it was mouth watering?. They also had rum cherry ice cream which is my dad’s favorite, and he only knows of one other place that sells it. The food is also so fresh and hot. I am now incredibly sad that it has closed for the winter, because I will gladly drive 50 min from my house just to go here. The seating is also very nice, you can go sit at an outdoor picnic bench or eat in your car. If they bring it to your car it also acts as takeout. If you ever go to Independence I one million percent recommend you go here.”

They even have a few options for a plant based person, like me.Vegetarian options: Boca burger, veggie panini, salads the and soups sometimes. They'll substitute meat for black beans on a taco salad & the like.Parking: Free off street lotWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, there's usually a person at the door to attend if help with them is required.”

“Great little, no-frills establishment serving your regular spread of tried-and-true bar menu items.Stopped in for lunch while visiting a relative in the hospital. These are the best ALL around not just compared to other gluten free bakers but ALL bakers. “Very simple, casual place that serves authentic Mexican food. I had shrimp Tacos which were delicious. The chips and salsa appear to be homemade. The salsa is fresh and mild. They also have an extensive selection of frozen dessert bars - all Mexican favorite flavors. I opted for a coconut cinnamon bar that was awesome!”

“This family really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. While waiting for our pizza to bake, they brought out a new menu item to try (fried plantains). They were delicious. If you would like a cocktail with your pizza, they are able to get you one from the bar next door via the sliding window in the wall. The pizzas we ordered were fantastic. The family is very friendly. Would recommend!”

“Stopped in for some lunch after visiting the Memorial Walk in Arcadia. This was a typical small-town bar and grill. The food was decant, filling, and served by the former owner. We had a nice chat with him afterward. He is very involved with helping military veterans. Good for him!!”

“Wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as I was told but ordered multiple things, and was not disappointed at all. The crab rangoon's were to die for. The egg rolls had a perfect crisp to them. Tried dumplings for the first time, and those were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend coming here for a family dinner, date night, or even just because. Super affordable, worth it, and got the food right away. Orange chicken was also very tasty and had a nice crisp, chicken sandwich was amazing!!!”

“We went through Sweet Temptations LLC for our wedding catering up in Bayfield, WI. They made such delicious food for our day! I was so nervous to have grilled chicken but they seriously knocked it out of the park! We got countless compliments on the chicken and all of our other food selections including the garlic mashed potatoes, beef tips, poppyseed salad, and Greek pasta salad. The flavors of everything were so delicious and they were the kindest, hardest working individuals! Rita was so thorough and great to work with throughout the whole planning process. They were also reasonably priced, which is always helpful for wedding planning! I’d highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!!”

“The care that Caesar took while preparing my sandwich is unrivaled. He is a master of his craft and had to deal with so many drunks the day I came in. He is a king who I will definitely be seeing again. Subway, do yourself a favor and sign him onto a 5 year 10 million dollar contract. It'll be worth it.”
