“While biking in Jefferson County a group of us stopped in for lunch. The burgers were excellent and Ann couldn’t have been more welcoming.“
“Don was awesome, made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered. We felt like regulars as soon as we sat down. Came in for a pre Christmas cocktail so my father in law could finally visit, and it will not be his last time . We waited too long to visit, but will be back each time we are in town. Thanks Don for the good time and the good popcorn.“

“Really good Fish Fry. I had the fried cod, wife had baked, MIL had Walleye. All really good. Potato Pancakes, coleslaw, German Potato Salad all yumm. Very good bourbon old fashioneds. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Will certainly go back.“

“Love the fish fry. Service was a little slower than usual. I think they may have been short staffed. The bartender is slow to get drinks for the dining room. He seems more interested in just the people at the bar. Love the fish fry

The haddock fish fry is fantastic. Large portion. The bartender is much better now and the service is top notch. This is a must visit if your interested town or passing through. My wife loves the cheeseburger“

“I didn't know they had food until pretty recently. We got the breaded mushrooms and a pizza. The mushrooms are like a broasted taste and not super heavy. They and the pizza were awesome. They said they were short staffed but we got our food in what I feel is a normal time. This is definitely going to be our go to for pizza now. I also appreciate that it's pretty affordable.“

“this place is fantastic with a great atmosphere. It was my family and I first time there. the food was excellent and my 10 year old son said these are the best "tater tots I have ever had" so we all tried them and he wasn't kidding. crispy and delicious 😋 I had the pulled pork mac n cheese burger and it was amazing 👏 we will definitely be back!“

“This must be some of the best bar food around. If you are anywhere close, it is well worth going out of your way a bit for the food and the service. And, they actually clean the tables with a clean cloth between customers.“
