Ugh. They have the potential to be so much better. They are always “sold out” of bakery items and their mobile ordering never has accurate inventory counts so we never get what we order because they are “out”.
I ordered an affogato (which I was really excited about). It is served with a scoop of ice cream and espresso in it or on the side. It does not come as advertised and instead they hand you a cheap coffee milkshake. Do not waste your money on this. If I wanted something like this, I would’ve gotten a Frappuccino at Starbucks. Very disappointed. ( I did not drink, boyfriend did)
Don’t order coffee in a to-go cup. After several visits to Coffeeville 99.9% of the time the often too hot/burned coffee spills down the side of the cup into my car, onto my hands and in my clothing. I do not recommend to-go coffee from Coffeeville. I have personally shared this with Coffeeville on 3 occasions with no resolution.
