Backyard Barbecue has AWESOME brisket the way it’s supposed to be! This isn’t chopped or shredded beef chuck passed off as brisket. This was juicy smokey and peppery as it should be. Sliced nice on a bun.
Everything we had was great! We had pulled pork, brisket, ribs (which were also excellent) and all the sides were flavorful and delicious.
Will definitely recommend and return!!

Customers have been impressed with the fantastic food and the mouthwatering smell when entering the restaurant. Portion sizes are generous, and the cupcakes are a delightful addition to the meal. While cornbread is currently unavailable, there is anticipation for the food truck to enable enjoyment of their meals on additional days.
