We are “newer” to Janesville and had never been to Bessie’s until today! Jan. 1 is my birthday and we have found it hard to find places that are open. We were thrilled to see that Bessie’s was open on New Years Day! The restaurant was booming, which is always great to see. Our server Susy V. was attentive, friendly, and she went the extra mile to make my birthday feel special. The manager even allowed me to add an item to my omlet that wasn’t even an option.
