They will upgrade and charge you if you do not watch your order or specify a size. They should be asking what size, but never do. If you order a burger, it will be changed to a double.
I placed my order online and ordered ahead. I find that SO handy to do. Because as soon as I parked in a curbside pickup spot, went to my email, and clicked on “I’m here,” out came an employee to hand me my order. I love that feature!! And my order was exactly right! My son is Autistic and can occasionally cause a small scene. In this case, he let out a big, high-pitched scream, and I appreciate no one coming to me and telling me to stop him.
