We have been here several times and the service is always excellent. It's clean and the food . This is the only one we'll go to now because most of the other ones are dirty and service and food are terrible.
They will upgrade and charge you if you do not watch your order or specify a size. They should be asking what size, but never do. If you order a burger, it will be changed to a double.
I placed my order online and ordered ahead. I find that SO handy to do. Because as soon as I parked in a curbside pickup spot, went to my email, and clicked on “I’m here,” out came an employee to hand me my order. I love that feature!! And my order was exactly right! Thank you very much to the Todd Dr Culver’s in Madison!
