The Friday night fish fry is amazing best around for sure 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars tartar sauce and coleslaw also amazing wish I would of tried it a long time ago my go too for sure now!!!!

Exactly what you would want it to be! Great local spot. The curds and fish fry on Friday was superb. My family have been regulars for 40+ years.

It is a very good place for Friday night fish. Portions are generous, and the service is prompt and friendly. Prices are higher now, but that seems to be the case everywhere.

We ordered take out so the atmosphere was not relevant. Food was great and the prices were good

Really enjoyed this spot! Service was fantastic, food was great. Mix of ages and the place was busy which says a lot. Friday fish fry did not disappoint, it is a limited menu for that. Drinks were large and well priced. Small beer selection — just the basics. Looking forward to getting back there.

Decided out of blue to stop for anniversary lunch and was so glad we did! Husband absolutely loved the fish and I enjoyed the burger and cheese curds. Staff so so nice! We will be back again soon! Thank you

Today, me and my pregnant girlfriend went in and she had went to the bathroom and I sat at the bar. There was only one other couple in the bar The bartender was visibly upset and mumbling under his breath for some reason as he was walking up with the order ticket. Rudely asked what I wanted and then I proceeded to ask what was the issue and was ignored. Very unwelcoming which is sad because I'm sure the food is great from previous reviews but we walked out without looking at menu

My husband and I walked in for lunch, first timers. New to Janesville.
We were not greeted. Sat down, the guy kept sighing came up to us and said “what do you want” in a rude manner. Wasn’t offered menus.
The environment was negative. We walked out without ordering anything.
