Really enjoy the sandwiches here, I could even go as far to say they are my favorite. BUT! When I mark “mayo+mustard packets” on my order form, I actually DO want them believe it or not. I dont think there has been one time when you guys remember 🥲 It is especially frustrating when I have the order delivered expecting the condiments, so I do not have to eat an absurdly dry sandwich. It is on the receipt. Please do better. Otherwise I love this place! It’d be 5 stars if...

Jimmy John's was a go-to spot for a quick quality meal during my travels nationwide. Like everything else, quality has gone down and prices gone up. The location in Janesville, WI is no exception. A regular #11 with chips was over $11. No suggestion to make it a meal deal (add a drink), Cashier not the friendly and helpful person I have become accustomed to at the JJ's that I frequent. Toppings were definitely lacking, in fact disappointing! Only four tiny tomato slices....
