Disrespectful teen employees. Closes early constantly (yes, even earlier than the updated closing time). These little boys just do whatever they want and have poor customer service the last 3 times while trying to order there over the last 2 weeks. Unsuccessful each time. Orders were attempted to be placed at least 30 mins prior to updated closing time, even after confirming they close at 7. They just close whenever they want and are disrespectful. Went in for the first time & will be my last time. The girl taking orders was very rude. No receipt was given to me so I didn’t know my order number. I noticed everyone else was given receipts with order numbers. I had to go and ask what my number was & still wasn’t given a receipt. the food was decent but definitely wasn’t worth it also apparently I was missing two drinks but I wouldn’t have known because no receipt given. Luke's menu is so varied that everyone can find something that they like. The deli worked wonders for larger groups, and the box lunches were a huge success. The Keto Bowl was the envy of the lunch, with many wonderful comments on the club and the Ceasar wraps using chunks of chicken. Every visit has been delicious, like a really good home cooked meal. The staff, although actively cleaning up in preparation to close, were extremely patient and friendly, maintaining a great atmosphere. They delivered on time and every box lunch was labeled. Luke's is always requested for lunchtime meetings.
