It was ok, at best. I don't blame them completely, just because I came in through the drive-thru at 3AM, but the 2 Big Macs i got were extremely salty, and the person that gave me my food just handed me the bag without saying a word. Usually great service here, so I'm not really miffed about the service.

A million thanks to the gentleman working who allowed us to not only put our tray up front while I took my child to the restroom, but he also covered our food and stood by it until we returned. I would call that above and beyond customer service.

I'd stopped going to McDonald's when I was a teenager cause I'd gone there and was in the lobby for 20 minutes and no one was helping me,as soon as someone else came in they were helped right away. Now the only time I go there is when I go there is when I get off work at 11:00 pm and am looking for some to eat and everything else is closed.
