I've come into this Panda a few times, I will say that depending on what time of day you go depends on the service/quality. The last few times have been exceptionally better than others tho.
Today when me and my family decided to go to Panda Express for lunch we were greeted by a very kind worker named Alicia she was very pleasant and easy going and made the ordering process very quick and easy. When I received my food everything was still warm and tasted amazing! 10/10 panda is always the way to go

When I saw the rice it looked pale as a ghost with no taste. And it was as dry as you ex’s DMs. But if it had a little soy sauce
while cooking then It would be good and not dry.
