I received a text today to order a pizza and receive a 30% discount. When I ordered and tried to use the code, I got a message that the code was not valid at that location. Why send a text and a code that won't work?

I ordered my NYXL as in the past from Prescott Valley store. The first few bites were fine but then caused a terrible taste and made my mouth inflammation like black pepper. I stopped eating it called the store at 5pm and spoke to a man who identified himself as the supervisor. since I had an un-eaten pizza I wanted a replacement for dinner.
