I just wanna say that I was having a really rough morning and we go through the drive-through and Miss Carla. The lady of the drive-through was the absolute best. Her attitude was absolutely amazing, she loves her job and you can just tell!! Absolutely amazing!

I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Starbucks location, and only realized it once I pulled up to the drive-thru window. Autumn was so kind and gracious—she let us place our order right there so we didn’t have to drive across town to pick up the drinks. She turned what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience with her warm attitude and helpfulness. Thank you, Autumn, for going above and beyond!

I’m writing this with hopes that nobody takes advantage of the employees. I went to get a coffee in the drive thru, and after i already placed the order i realized my card was missing from my wallet. I pulled up to the window and told them i couldn’t get my drink anymore because i was unable to pay for it. They told me it wasn’t a big deal and “it happens” and gave it to me for free. they made my bad day so much better thanks to them. I’ll remember my card for next...
