So the little girl with glasses and bad hair dye got quite upset when I asked her NOT to reach across pans of uncooked bread she sat by the veggies to put veggies on my sandwich....this place is unsanitary and their attitudes suck. She also thinks 10 seconds is enough time to thoroughly and properly wash hands! Nasty little child! Customers shouldn't have to train employees

They were cleaning the icemaker and it’s filled with mold. Ceiling tiles are caked with grease. Doesn’t look like anybody cares about the facilities worker is wearing gloves while using the POS system and handling money and then immediately comes to make my sandwich without one changing gloves or two washing their hands. Gonna make someone super sick, but it’s not gonna be me.

A Trigger

The first employee was fine but than the “manager” came out with immediate attitude and was incredibly rude. She did not toast our sandwiches correctly the cheese was hardly melted but I didn’t say anything cuz she was clearly annoyed and unhappy with her position in life and letting it out on any customer possible. When I paid I said thank you have a great day and she told me to never come back. Now since this is the first time in my life I’ve ever stepped foot in there and I live no where near there that won’t be a problem but after I asked for my receipt for my records and her response was “I am the manager” - ok cool but I still need my receipt. Worse customer service I have ever received and from the manager no less mean while the other employee who probably doesn’t get paid half as much was very timid but pleasant. From what I saw every other employee there deserves a raise for having to put up with that managers attitude. She did all this in front of my children and another elderly guest. Not very professional. As I left she told me to have the day I deserved - which I’m sure she meant as an insult. However turned out to be a great day! Turns out I did have the day I deserved as I’m sure she did as well.

Was helped by a very nice woman named Marie it started off great until another woman came and was very cold and did not offer good service didn’t say a word, stared us down and after we had left stared us down from the car rudely would not recommend this store. Props to the other employees though for doing their job right. Our food was good though just not good service. Edit: I have since come back in to see better management and a better looking store amazed by the comeback!

Found a piece of meat even after telling them and writing in special instructions that I am vegetarian. Noone even cared to apologize about it. I wish they would have paid more attention to customer order rather than Halloween decoration. Such poor careless ppl working. I regret giving them tip dirtiest store employees also look unhygienic. Rude boys working without interest of serving customers.
