Ordered medium 8oz filet and got it well done. The manager came and offered apologies and asked if there was anything she could get the person who ordered the steak while she waited for a new one. She ordered a refill of the drink she had. It was added to the bill. That’s not how you fix a problem at a restaurant. That’s something you comp after you offered to fix the problem. Also, that manager was bent out of out shape when she was asked to hook up a new line of soft drinks...
Places always great me and my wife always go there before 3:00 so we can get the specials it's really good and we're always satisfied with it great place check out going there 3:00 to 500 is it's 1299 for a steak dinner. everything is great.
Love the food and the service was excellent. Only thing that was a little disappointing was after being seated for about 5 minutes the music was turned up unbelievably loud. Would have thought I was at a bar or a club. I was having to yell to have a conversation with my son....it was 5:30 on a Friday 🤣
