Employees don't seem to know what they are doing. I said two sandwiches and they say "you want seven". I say I need three of another sandwich. they come back with you want one. Ask question about coupons. they said yes. get up to window, my order is all messed up!!! Coupons was another challenge. I finally just said forget it. Ended up with the incorrect order anyway. and the coupon thing was worth nothing. paid $15.00 more than I should have paid.
Mask Mandate went into effect 8/1/2020, the guy in the drive through had no mask on but had gloves on. Took my card, never took the gloves off, got my drinks, touching his face and eyes with gloves on, and grabbed my food with gloves on (after touching his face and eyes).
He asked "do you want sauce?"
Me, "Marinara, please."
His response "Huh"
Me, "Marinara, please"

Very disappointed in our food today. We were told when we ordered that it would be a few minutes for our chicken sandwich because they were making the chicken fresh. No big deal but after waiting ten mins we get home and the chicken was raw! 🤬
