He stayed on site throughout the evening, tending to the fire and making sure everything was just right. He even made a point of including the bride and groom in the initial carving, which was a really nice touch.
The food was excellent, and Alex stayed on top of everything once dinner was served, making sure the trays were always full. He was professional, gracious, and a pleasure to work with.
