We recently hosted a wedding reception at our home and had Who’s the Man BBQ cater a pig roast. From start to finish, Alex was fantastic. He stayed on site throughout the evening, tending to the fire and making sure everything was just right. He even made a point of including the bride and groom in the initial carving, which was a really nice touch.
