“My husband and I tried Agave for the first time this past friday while doing some Christmas shopping. We were excited with all the good reviews however the service and food fell short. We were maybe 1 table of 6 with 3 servers on. Our food came out before our appetizer. My food was warm at best. My husband's looked like it had sat under a warming lamp. Our waiter never came to see how things were or ask about drinks. We then had to flag another waiter for our bill to find out we were charged dinner prices for lunch items. We just paid and left it was not worth the time. Also why is your restroom like a freezer? I could see my breath when I went in to use it!“

“Wasn't very busy maybe two cars when was parked and the other was leaving. Food was freshly made. Olies were perfect. Not to much seasoning and were also fresh. Soda carbonation was 💯. Wasn't a single employee just standing around doing nothing. That also was good to see. Cashier was polite and helpful. I'm definitely talk quietly if she couldn't hear me for nothing so she just told me to pull up to the window. Which helped immensely. Probably one of the best meals I had there. Was a chicken soft shell taco with a special sauce and had Pico mild sauce lettuce and cheese. Way to go Emily!! Your employees were nice and helpful. Drive thru was clean snd really like the new sitting area you put in. Funny thing is. I was one of the Managers at Larry's Piggly Wiggly. Best part was none of them knew me and I didn't know them. I'm very honest about customer service and presentation. I've been saying customer service etc since before covid/pandemic started. Has gone down the tubes immensely. Customer service especially. I didn't start eating back out till about a year ago. Like to see people cook my food. Let me see you not wash your hands or use gloves when you make my food. I would not do anything or say anything to embarrass the person but I would pull you to the side and tell you. Your hands are filthy and if you're handling money it's even worse. Your fingernails alone. WHOLE lot of stuff you don't even see. The money part is disgusting. Money actually has bugs/germs all over. I've seen Ppl not wash their hands after they go to the bathroom and then go make food 🤢🤮🤢🤮.
So this visit at Taco John's was excellent 5 out of 5 stars is what I'm rating them at 💯“
