I came through yesterday & ordered 2 medium drinks with whipped cream, got a regular size straw. Once I put the straw in my drink, it was gone. Whipped cream devoured my straw . I tried asked for a large straw but the lady I think her name is alexis or alexia refused to hand me large straws for my drinks to be able to properly drink.

I go there 4-6 x's/month, always get the same thing - medium Fire Cracker blended energy drink for $6. Normally would have rated with 4 stars despite crazy wait times & cost, except today's drink was strangely watered down, even after driving back to have it redone. I'll go one more time this week, and if it happens again I won't go back.

This is why I will always choose 7 brew over any coffee place! They are so kind! I was in the 7 Brew line and I was having such a bad day. Unfortunately I couldn't hold it in I wound up breaking down, crying, in front of one of the workers in the Drive-Thru and she comped my drink! Truly made my day!❤️🩹🥲 Also they have sooo many flavor options and they're super fast!

No consistency when it comes to taking orders. They need a better system or hire more employees. 15 minutes to get my order taken is ridiculous

Once in awhile it's good but there's been way more misses lately. I ordered a Chai latte and it tasted like coffee. Ordered a caramel macchiato a different time and there was no flavor at all, tasted like water. The Racine 7 Brew is consistently good but the Kenosha one is so inconsistent and waste of money half the time.

I feel like when its freezing the workers shouldn't have to be outside when its freezing. Love my lemon freeze. The workers are nice and respectful.

My coworker came in earlier to order an orange and raspberry energy drink with vanilla cold foam on top and an Americano. The americano…spot on. However the energy drink, unfortunately mid. The workers seemed to forget to top the energy drink with the vanilla cold foam, which would have made a difference in this rating and review. The male who took the order, top notch. The female worker however felt that making a TikTok was a better idea than making my drink right. Maybe that would’ve made a difference in getting this simple order correct. Due to all of the above, I now have to handle an unhappy coworker. Cold foam makes a difference. Get it right next time.
