Poor customer service in the gift shop
We were at the gift shop this morning around 9:30 to buy some spotted cow and Kringles. We spent about $135. I wish we hadn’t. The woman working the register was rude. When I mistakenly brought my beer to the counter she nearly yelled at me that I was not supposed to bring the beer to the counter. Friendly bartender and love variety of craft beers.
they lost our debit card. had us sitting an hour + while they looked for it, didn't provide us with any updates. we had to go up to the front to find someone to see what was going on. they kept trying to offer us someone else's credit card. when we indicated that we were on a schedule and could no longer wait as it had been an hour after we finished eating and had given them the card, they still had the audacity to ask for another form of payment..... our card is still missing...read full review
