Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

When I ordered my food I told them only lettuce on one burger and everything but mayo and mustard on the other and they both came with everything on it.

Ordered at 6 pm, website said it would be ready at 6:20. Got there at 6:20 and waited an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. Very understaffed for the amount of business they had.

Food was awful, they were the smallest boneless wings I've ever had. Not only that but the flavor just tasted off, like they were cooked in old oil or something, even tasted slightly burnt when they weren't. Only reason I'm giving service a 3 is because they refunded half my money.

This is a pic of the wings I got as is. Can't tell me that's worth almost 15 bucks. The side it came with was fine, but definitely not worth it.

Edit: never got that partial refund so I'm changing my rating.

Attempted to give this place multiple chances as it is closer than the one by the I to me, but at this point, I'm just wasting money coming here. All orders have been prescheduled. We have had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes each time. Our last order we were short 7 wings, and the wings were all extreme tiny (07/16). Felt like there was only half of the order for a 30 wing count. We actually received 23 wings. The previous times, there were 1-2 missing, so we let it go. Though we would be missing our veggies. It's not a huge deal or given a smaller side rather than the large we purchased. We tried to be understanding but absolutely will not be returning after this last purchase considering the cost and lack of product we got.

Will not be back here. Food took 90 minutes to be ready then came out wrong anyways. There was 1 employee working trying their best but definitely won't be back. Was trying to give this place a chance but would rather go down the road to wingstop or drive across town to the actual bww restaurant.

Order was screwed-up, the wings looked like pigeon wings, and the fried pickles were mushy.

Food was good unlike alot of reviews say food was warm they tend to put online orders first thats why everyones food might have been cold but if you order in person and get someones attention its all downhill from there the place itself is missing something entertaining so the customers can pass time if the queue is long for there food but besides all that its a Buffalo Wild Wings that is close the where lots of people are live rather that going all the way down by woodmans for a dine in experience would recommend Thursdays lots of people order because its a buy one get one boneless wings so it almost guarantees freshness.

I have never been here before, I went today.Staff was extremely courteous and extremely accomadating.I've read reviews and some aren't very kind or glowing.Come see Able, he will ensure quality through and through.

Ordered boneless wings on buy one get one free night. Breading was falling off half of them and the chicken wasn’t tender at all, just felt off. Girlfriend got mild and lemon pepper, has been vomiting and constant diarrhea since a few hours after consumption. Definitely food poisoning.
