Food was good unlike alot of reviews say food was warm they tend to put online orders first thats why everyones food might have been cold but if you order in person and get someones attention its all downhill from there the place itself is missing something entertaining so the customers can pass time if the queue is long for there food but besides all that its a Buffalo Wild Wings that is close the where lots of people are live rather that going all the way down by woodmans for a dine in experience would recommend Thursdays lots of people order because its a buy one get one boneless wings so it almost guarantees freshness.

Ordered boneless wings on buy one get one free night. Breading was falling off half of them and the chicken wasn’t tender at all, just felt off. Girlfriend got mild and lemon pepper, has been vomiting and constant diarrhea since a few hours after consumption. Definitely food poisoning.

Got here early on a Friday place was pretty dead. Was seated right away, sat for 15 minutes never greeted nothing. Another customer said he waited 15 minutes and ordered his food from the app. Absolutely ridiculous. When I heard that we got up and left

I’ve held off on reviewing until til I could visit here multiple times. I have ordered online with 2+ hours lead time on several occasions (at least 5 times). I have been subject to wait times of >15min on all but one occasion and 30+ min on the worst occasion. This is a “to go” shop, meaning they need to execute one thing well, which is make food to go quickly and accurately. It seems that if you have hours of advance notice you would be able to plan what time to make hot wings to be ready for a scheduled pick up time +\- 10min. So they are on the slow side. As for accuracy, well, once I was missing mozzarella sticks. Once I got mild instead of Asian zing, once I got an extra box of garlic parm wings. So accuracy seems to be less than 50%. I’ve had over and undercooked fries and tots. So overall the experience is below average in my opinion.

I’ve gone here 2 or 3 times now and it has been wonderful each time, always do carry out and it is usually only 1 person working which must be tough, but food is always right, always fresh, and employees are always helpful and friendly. Thanks for good service and good food in a time that seems as the industry is lacking such things.

I used their delivery service and they appreared to have forgotten or eaten one of my items. Will never order from here again. They never resolved it and wouldn’t even pick up the phone after the order which makes me think they knew they made a mistake and didn’t want to correct it.

No idea who was working tonight when I was picking up my order. But they had made the food perfectly. They were very nice and food came out just a few minutes after I arrived to pick up my order. Perfect amount of sauce and the wings came out amazing.

Will never go back to this location. Thought I would give it another try because the last two times the food and service weren’t the best. Tonight it was no service…. There was three tables of people and two already had their food. Sat down with my son and waited 15 minutes and was completely ignored by all three servers. Waited another 5 minutes after a table that came in after us was waited on. Got up and handed the manager our menus and walked out.

Worst service ever , over priced,$30 dollars for 10piece 2fries 2drinks and a 6piece chicken nugget, never will I go back , wingstop all day long ………..

I had placed an order for 30 traditional wings. Half with Lemmon pepper seasoning and the other half with salt and vinegar. When we got home, we noticed that the wings that were supposed to be seasoned with salt and vinegar had no flavor. I called and asked to speak to a manager which Kyena (not sure how to spell it) answered. I explained to her how we recently placed an order and noticed that half of our traditional wings were not seasoned. Instead of trying to find the best solution to this issue, she insisted that it was our fault because the seasoning must have fallen from the wings to the box and there was nothing she could do. She was rude and, I can understand how stressful the job can be (former BWW employee), but that doesn’t mean you can be rude like that to the customers. At the end of the conversation, she said that it’s up to her if she wants to replace the wings or not and that she KNOWS she seasoned the wings so the seasoning must be in the box. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall who was not listening to what I was saying. Because of this experience, I don’t recommend this location.
