“I am visiting from Florida and I had to review this restaurant. Every drink and every appetizer and the lobster and Mac and the ribeye ? was absolutely delicious. I must be honest I have been to several restaurants before this one and I feel relieved to of found somewhere the chefs take pride in what they cook. Thank You guys for making my Friday night enjoyable with the best drinks and dinner. A++“

“this is the place for fun“
“Come for the view, stay for the cocktails! Tori and Joey are excellent bartenders. the new appetizer menu is also good. If that isn't enough, pop down to Margurite and get a wood fired pizza and bring it up!“
“Mother's Day brunch at the new location of Blue Bear Que. Blue Bear has always offered great smoked BBQ and farm-to-table entrees, sides and desserts, and there is no letdown in food quality with their move to The Nash building in downtown Racine, WI. The restaurant is in the atrium of the Indian motorcycle dealer, with great views of classic bikes while you eat. Sunday brunch was fantastic, from the drinks to the entrees. The smoked pork hash was particularly good! Looking forward to my next visit!“

“In town kicking off a fishing trip and ended up reeling in a great find at Tavern on 6th! We popped in just for cocktails while deciding where to have dinner—spoiler: we stayed put and never looked back. The Wisconsin Old Fashioned (sweet, naturally) was spot on: smooth, balanced, and exactly what a proper WI old fashioned should be. Then came the shareables: Buffalo chicken egg rolls—crispy perfection with the ideal shell-to-filling ratio. Bucket of Balls (yes, it’s fun to say)—tender, juicy meatballs swimming in a zippy marinara we shamelessly dipped everything into. Steak quesadilla with salsa that could win awards. Rich, smoky, flavorful—it nearly upstaged the quesadilla itself. Special shoutout to our waitress, Lainy, who was an absolute gem—super friendly, incredibly attentive, and spot-on with her recommendations. She definitely added to the vibe and made the visit even better. This one’s officially on the must-stop list for all future Kenosha trips. Whether you’re casting a line or just passing through, don’t sleep on this place.“
