Eggs Benedict was perfect. Eggs poached perfectly. Hollandaise sauce was the perfect compliment to the ham cut thick off the bone and had just the right amount of saltiness. Homemade bread finished it perfectly and was the finishing touch to this dish soaking up all this goodness.
