Usually good, I don't know what has happened the last few visits. I visited the place last night...horrible , not fresh at all, tomatoes soggy, onions no flavorful, like they've sat in fridge for days, lettuce seemed old. Only two selections of bread, cheddar cheese was sandwhich cheese. Asked for oil instead given red wine vinegarette. The sandwhiches was terrible!

Ordered a whole and half ham and cheese. 2 small fries and 2 drinks. While waiting for food we went to fill up drinks. Lemonade and sprite options did not work. Went to counter to see if they could fill for us. Stated they did not have sprite. I said well all the options we are trying are stating unavailable. Response of hold on I'll go check it in a sec. Ended up switching cartridges then it worked. Received sandwiches which were both made on day or older bread. Very dry nasty sandwiches. Unbelievable that this is a newer establishment and they are okay feeding their customers garbage. I know fries are portioned out but neither fry was even close to being full I would say halfway at best and that's being gracious. I have ate at other cousins locations and this is by far the nastiest sandwich I had. Both my husband and I tossed the food as it was that disgusting 🫣
Terrible food. The worse cousins I've ever had. Burnt cheese steaks hollow cheese curds and weird tasting fries. Poor customer service. I recommend a different cousins.
