This is my favorite sub shop, the best & friendliest staff, always consistently good, I love their bread, they also make great salads, plus French fries always hot & freshly made, and fried cheese curds!

This place is usually always great with friendly customer service especially by the owners, but after being disrespected 3 different times by the same employee (lady with long black braids) I no longer feel comfortable as long as she is working there. She is very rude and condescending. If you hate working there just quit. I’ve been nothing but nice but I feel like I’m bothering this lady just for placing orders.

This is my go to cousins location to get my favorite sandwich. And I hate that they do not follow the hour's that are posted online. Went to get a sandwich tonight. And the store was closed before what is posted on Google Maybe they just need to update hours, but if so please do that

Went at 7pm and ordered my family food to eat there. Served our order Togo so they would not have to clean up. Burnt our fries and cheese curds. The girl behind the counter kept saying she just wanted to go home. What a shame, could be great but chose to be poor

Very skimpy on the ingredients. I ordered the lobster salad, and could not locate lobster salad. When I asked for a manager none was available. I requested a business card or name of a manager and was told there wasn't one. Very poor customer service. A young female employee stated, "I don't care". I have been a customer at this Cousins for over twenty years. I will not return to this location.

Normally order accuracy and customer service is on point when you go there in person, I can't say I recommend them for doordash though considering my kids sandwich came without any meat on it.
