So disappointed in this Culver’s. We drove up from Racine to get the duck they are giving away. We tried calling before to see what the details were to get one and there phone is shut off. When we go to order in drive thru we ask if it’s 1 duck per meal and she says 1 per order. They bring our order we ask for our duck and we’re told it’s only if you drive a jeep but it’s not posted and they didn’t tell us when we ordered and asked. This Culver’s is very well managed and the cashiers are super polite. The assistant manager duty today was very kind and understanding on when my sister spilled her drink. His friendly attitude really captured the friendly and hospitable spirit that Culver’s is all about. The food also slaps so there’s another reason to eat at this restaurant.
