I drove 25mins to get the crunchin cookie they said they ran out of cones and when I asked for the parfait and the blizzard they said they only use that dip for cones 😒 when I can see that you can get it in 3 different ways, so i ended up buying something else.. You can tell from her face she’s annoyed. I worked at DQ before and you can use the dip on anything. Never again going there, I’ll go to the one in Libertyville it’s the same distance.
Place is always very clean, staff is always friendly and treats are made perfect. Keep up the great work

I wish I could copy and paste this entire review into every Dairy Queen’s review section. I don’t even know the people in this restaurant, I’m sure the workers were very sweet. I’m just a confused uber eats customer that ordered my dinner through the app. Here is why I’m confused. I ordered a forgettably named burger that contained onions, ketchup, mustard, bacon, and some chipotle kind of sauce, with my burger and buns and cheese. I list every ingredient for a reason. Upon opening the bag and pulling out the box that contained the arrangement of ingredients that I listed that they call a burger, I was happy to FEEL that it was warm, but not SMELL an actual burger. Usually the combination of the two are what excite the human mind and causes the mouth to drool…now you’re ready to eat. This familiar feeling didn’t happen. My mouth was dry. Anyway, at this point, I want to eat. I’m hungry and just excited at the chance to dig into my favorite food. After the first bite, I was left confused. I couldn’t taste anything. Okay…surely it’s just me. Maybe it’s because I drank my drink before I bit into my sandwich and the taste of my beverage is masking the burger’s taste. I waited for a bit, then took another bite once I was satisfied that the other taste was gone. Again…nothing. Out of all my years of writing Google reviews, I never thought I’d be saying that I hated a cheeseburger. They must’ve accidentally given me one of their display models. I opened the sandwich more than 4 times to make sure everything was in their. I saw ketchup. Never had tasteless ketchup. I had the onions. Never had tasteless onions. My chipotle sauce? The only thing I could KINDA taste! The absolute disrespect my tongue endured during this tragic experience was an unforgettable nightmare. And the taste of the patty was a huge GOMU GOMU NO! For those of you that are unfamiliar with that term, it is said by an anime / Japanese animated cartoon character Monkey D. Luffy. This character is made out of rubber and that is what the burger TASTED like. It was not TEXTURED like rubber. It TASTED like rubber. I will never put another DairyQueen burger near my precious mouth ever again. Dairy Queen need to stop selling burgers and just stick to tasty treats. Not everybody can do it, babygirl and you definitely flopped hard on this one. I’ve had a better tasting burger at Menards 🤨

The changes in business is much different then other competitors previous before and after pandemic.
How is a cup of water from sink chargeable as paying for cup completely understand although for sink water vs bottle water? First of all you need water to properly run a business as sadly your prices are insane compared to competitors with a coupon. In addition to this, only one coupon for with four people now and having to have four receipts to afford giving business to pay wages for hospitality worker truly getting paid more than medical workers with certifications and up.
How is a minimum wage job asking more then a medical job? In addition to this matter, you are fast food not a general restaurant asking for Charity donations and amongst the tip. This is personally why business is not there because anyone would rather sit at a good restaurant then fast food for quality and payment asked and received by the customer.
Why are customers paying for staff to have more than minimum wage when other professionals get much less like medical?
They are doing absolutely more then what is done for customer for food and management part of job to take orders properly by listening to avoid confusion. It's part of the training done by mgr and district mgr trains mgr typically what headquarters asks from the employees. Having attitude and unprofessional service done in front of customers on camera due to lack of listening much of this could have been prevented. Training is there for below management as takes two to have a conversation and give wonderful customer service. Restaurant wasn't in lunch neither happening around noon as cameras show how staff vs customers as confusion is preventative if taught how to accurately listen to customer by customer service training given by the company.
Mgr shouldn't treat staff how he did from what came from his own mouth as cashier had feelings too trying to abide ridiculous expectations hence why you barely see customers, but in lunch and dinner rush.
Where does it come customer satisfaction as what if someone was having issues would you charge them for water in a cup that may save their life? Would you call the ambulance like police as again you don't know why a customer asked for cup of water already paying over 10 dollars for chicken basket like mini blizzard being at rate of a ice cream parlor but ice cream parlor gives more for what DQ gave in mini now. Prices is the reflection of a lot especially getting business as you see around this county many businesses closing due to prices and lack of customers based on customer service satisfaction hence why many do reviews with their hard earned money to pay for food to be in survival of the fittest. You do unto others as you want back done to you to keep business afloat and to not place business into being closed.
Above is why low rating on Google as district mgr or president of restaurant able to call or reach out as neighbor of mine like two other witnesses saw this nonsense as again other businesses don't charge for sink water in a cup as there are very honest individuals then scammers and liars in this world.
