I have been to this location twice now, and nothing but issues both times. Last week went to the store and asked for onion rings, was advised by a snotty teenager that they didn’t have any more, because they did not want to cook any, because they were to busy gossiping with friends. Then today, my cousin went through the drive through to make an order, and he was told that the store wasn’t currently accepting cash. Definitely will not be back

The WORST experience ever. We went to treat ourselves to a little treat after work. Went to pickup to eat at home with a movie, and realized upon getting home that my smores blizzard had absolutely nothing in it besides graham crackers. And my husband ordered the new blizzard just to get home to just a chocolate shake and nothing in it. For $14 we expected good quality... I called and complained and all I got was well bring it back and we will remake it. Im already home... mind you they didn't give us a receipt so we couldn't even bring that back. This place sucks all around. And super unprofessional when I called. I dont want to waste gas to go back when I already had a long day.
It was a usual Friday night, we went out at about 9:30 PM to get some late night ice cream. We ended up arriving at 10:00 and pulled up in the drive through. As we pulled up, out of the speaker box and employee said “please wait one second and I’ll be right with you”. So of course, being as patient as ever, we waited. We waited for quite a while until the time had passed to 10:08 PM, which happened to be NOT right away. This made me and my daughter very upset since we were really looking forward to this late night snack. The website says “closed at 11:00 PM”. Overall very bad experience we will not be coming again ( next time we will be hitting up a Culver’s). Edit: I am aware it was only 8 minutes, however when we turned the corner the lights on the building were all shut off!

I drove 25mins to get the crunchin cookie they said they ran out of cones and when I asked for the parfait and the blizzard they said they only use that dip for cones 😒 when I can see that you can get it in 3 different ways, so i ended up buying something else.. You can tell from her face she’s annoyed. I worked at DQ before and you can use the dip on anything. Never again going there, I’ll go to the one in Libertyville it’s the same distance.
