I gave a 3 star review but I couldn’t decide between a 1 star or a 5 star. I live a few blocks down and have been ordering food from Derango’s for years and something has changed. One word “inconsistent” would describe the experience. The food quality, the service, the order being correct, the delivery times are all 50/50 if it’s going to be spot on and excellent or totally ruin your $75 order. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern about what day or time or what type...

Very good thin crust pizza very close to home. Pasta dishes are great, too. Daily specials and coupons help too.
Update: pizzas are now hit-n-miss. Some days it is the best in town, other days not worth the effort. We are now evaluating 3 other places that are further from home, to find our GO TO PIZZA place. The inconsistency is just too much.
It's sad, because this place is a GEM ?, and NOW it is loosing...

I ordered and was told my large pepperoni and sausages pizza would be an hour, well here I am 90 mins later and still waiting on the porch for my order. I actually just called and the driver is just on his way??? Now even that call was 20+ mins ago. For $38.41 this was the most unprofessional experience ever and I don’t recommend this establishment at all. Back to waiting coming up on hour two smh.update: pizza got here cold.
