Dunkin remains a classic staple of good quality doughnuts and friendly staff. I was able to be in and out with ease for my order. The staff is very chill , friendly, and pay close attention to what you order. Id definitely recommend giving them a visit.

I asked for a large…I grabbed my coffee from a lady worker and the cup felt not full. I set it down and started driving away, I went to pick it up again and take a sip but again I felt it wasn’t full (still haven’t taken a single sip of my coffee). Then I opened the lid and it’s almost half empty, not close to being filled to the top. That’s not what I paid for. I usually come her and it’s fine but this was really disappointing

sorry not sorry, but the quality of service and the quality of the food is not there. been at this location three times and there was always something going on with my order. either it wasn't completed, or wasn't presented properly. this location can do more, they just have to not be distracted and focus on the customer service.

The idea that there should be a separate lane that merges into the regular lane for orders placed on the app is so silly and causes so much chaos.They don’t even save any waiting time which I find silly that people even think it makes a difference and it literally causes so much frustration between driversAside from that issue, stop burning the food!It’s not a typical thing for Dunkin, a lot of locations can make food without it being burnt!Drinks are normally good, not always. Customer service is a hit or miss, normally not bad either.I’d choose this location over the pleasant prairie location and the citgo location any day though

I’m sorry but EVERY TIME I come to this location to order coffee, it taste like straight trash, whether it’s a hot or cold coffee. I ask for cream and sugar but never fails to get the cream but forget the sugar. You either get a fresh pot that taste like hot water Wi to coffee flavoring or you get the end of the pot that taste burnt and bitter.Service, they are nice but seems to take a little long even when there’s one or 2 vehicles in line. Inside, they seem busy but the orders don’t seem to be getting pushed out, at least not at the counter part.Nice location, and do like the promotional events that have been hosted.
I usually have a really good experience at this Dunkin. Today I complained that my drink was made to milky and the guy at the drive-through said well that’s just how it’s made. Have a nice day. There is a difference between getting a quarter cup of milk and 3/4 of a cup of milk. Someone needs to train him better or give him a task that doesn’t involve him talking to customers.

The workers at this location are always respectful and friendly. However, they never seem to understand the concept of “less ice.” More times than not, my drink is filled at least halfway with ice, when my receipt clearly reads “less ice.” You’re better off asking for no ice and filling it yourself, or asking for a specific cube amount at this point in order to be taken seriously.
