The idea that there should be a separate lane that merges into the regular lane for orders placed on the app is so silly and causes so much chaos.They don’t even save any waiting time which I find silly that people even think it makes a difference and it literally causes so much frustration between driversAside from that issue, stop burning the food!It’s not a typical thing for Dunkin, a lot of locations can make food without it being burnt!Drinks are normally good, not always....read full review
I usually have a really good experience at this Dunkin. Today I complained that my drink was made to milky and the guy at the drive-through said well that’s just how it’s made. Have a nice day. There is a difference between getting a quarter cup of milk and 3/4 of a cup of milk. Someone needs to train him better or give him a task that doesn’t involve him talking to customers.
