I was over charged for a 6dollar meal and a 3 dollar coffee now how it came out to 15dollars I have no idea. I didn't add anything only ask if she can take the other coffee with the meal off.. she say oh that's extra.. I asked how.just to remove the coffee. I told her just give me both coffees then she was confused.. see if u not from here and don't understand how can u work here.. she say she don't understand hell I didn't either the math wasn't matching.. so I just drove off cause she never understood what I was saying

Sweet tea not sure what you are using for sweet but it is nasty tasting. Then you drive through lady ordered a half dozen donuts she argued they were not ordered or paid for ok so you didn't hear me. She gets them i pay says have a lovely day. If that isn't rude.

They need to hire better staff with better personalities and people who actually do their job… too many people reporting moldy bagels and bugs and all sorts of stuff… personally speaking… they have super dry staff that barely speak to you and can never get an order right, and they always give you food fried in dirty ass frying oil… you need to change the oil multiple times a day people…. You can literally taste when the oil hasn’t been changed in a while, They need to get it together 💯

If I spend over $6 on a drink, I expect it to be right. This dunkin is very inconsistent and I usually need to check the drink before leaving the drive thru. Today not only did they not give me any cinnamon sugar in my carmael crazed iced latte but the drink was not sweet like it should be. Disappointing.

I just left from there I did a mobile order. When I pulled up it wasn’t busy only one car was in front of me . I ordered an iced chai latte , 2 croissants , and a donut . I do mobile orders because I have two little ones and it’s easy for me to pick up and go . When I got to the window he handed me a drink that was not correct . It was suppose to have cold foam on the top . That was the first mistake . Then he gave me back the drink with cold foam , I tasted it and it was coffee. Good thing I took a sip before completely leaving . I had to go back around and a beeped to get his attention . I knew he heard it because he kept coming by the window but completely ignored me for 5 minutes . I then told him when he came to the window that I ordered an iced chai latte and that what he gave me was coffee . He took it and made the correct drink this time but it’s so sweet ! I will never come to Dunkin’ Donuts again . Pay attention to what people actually order and you wouldn’t have to keep going back to keep fixing YOUR mistakes .

I went into this store after placing an online order to find everything about the problems with the order. The bread wasn't good stale, and the coffee had no sugar. Surprisingly, the staff was all smiles while I was there. It ruins your morning.

Everytime I order from this location; drive through, mobile, or even going in they mess up my order. I always order a tea and without fail I always get coffee. Then give me an attitude when I let them know they gave me the wrong order. They're slow and overall just rude. Better off going somewhere else.

Place needs to do better. Very cheap and always skimping toppings and servings. Little to nothing. Luke warm hot dog water tasting coffee.
