I pick up Dunkin’ from this location, at least two times a week. I use my mobile ordering app, which is very efficient. I have never had to wait for my coffee when I get there. The staff is wonderful and always polite and friendly.
I’m choosing to review today because the parking lot is a literal “skating rink”. There is only 1-2 parking spots that are safe and clear of snow and ice. I was waiting to get in the driveway and a car was coming out of the driveway and slid straight down into the street because it is just one sheet of ice. Apparently they didn’t plow in enough time and it is all frozen over. They really need to throw down a bunch of ice melt or salt because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. I mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they have informed the owner of the situation. I hope it gets remedied quickly.

December 10th around 11:45 I went through the drive through and ordered a Brown Sugar espresso and a breakfast sandwich. When I got the espresso drink, it tasted very watered down and just not good, so I told that to the young girl at the window and she very politely and kindly offered to remake it for me. Very very professional and polite. No question, no attitude, no dirty looks, just thoughtful and respectful. This girl deserves a raise.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have a bell on their door that rings when you walk in the building and I was still ignored for 10 minutes, and I was the only person in the building. Their drive-through takes priority. I watched multiple cars pull in the parking lot get their order and leave before anyone even approached me. I said excuse me probably five times one guy walked up and looked at me. I explained what I was looking for and he just walked away and another guy came up about five minutes later and actually helped me but he said he was just here for training.. How can you train an employee and leave out the most important part customer service

Dunkin has great ice cream choices and plenty of donuts, and the store being open 24 hours is really convenient. The service is usually nice and the food tastes fresh. The only thing I didn’t like was the environment sometimes the staff talk or argue with each other, even when customers are around. It would be much better if they kept things professional. Other than that, the place has good options and I hope the atmosphere improves

Simple order 2 spider donuts 1 small coffee with cream and sugar... not only did I have to repeat 3 times but they got it wrong.
Went threw the line yet again for whoever was working the window to walk away while looking at me. No apologies for messing up my order no thank you come again. Juat crappy burnt coffee

Good luck trying to get them to make the coffee the same every time! Went to this dunkin a couple times and the reason why was cuz it was on my way to work, but now Im driving an extra mile just to make sure my coffee is made right. Truly that has to say something! Last time I was there I watched them through the drive through window laugh while making my coffee and then omw to work i tried it and it was just milk and syrup and I almost spit it out. If you want good coffee I recommend going anywhere but here.

The man that works here made me pull up to the window with no menu because he didn’t know what he has on his menu . Very unprofessional!! While I’m ordering AT THE WINDOW while he’s very confused making me redo my order 10 times he starts taking the order of someone at the menu!!! Why are you taking someone else’s order while you told me to pull up to the window in the middle of my order you start taking another order after you struggling for 20 minutes to take a damn order! Don’t order this ice cream cone LOL he has no clue what you’re talking about you have to bring him a picture of THEIR MENU 😆 very very unprofessional!!!

Normally I try not to give bad ratings unless the experience was really that bad, but from the moment I stopped by I felt frustrated by the service

1. The first guy that answered the drive through was speaking so fast I genuinely couldn’t understand what he was saying
2. Then a lady took over the phone who seemed to be having a bad day based on her tone of voice, she was understandable but then couldn’t understand what I was saying and asked me to pull up
3. I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy and it looks like they burned my croissant !! Why?

My thing is this— you work in a service industry. I get that you don’t get paid a lot and people have bad days, fine. But if I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns why would you burn my croissant ? It’s my first meal all day I’m hungry.

I don’t feel like it was intentional just sloppy service. The problem is that it wasn’t even like they were busy. There were 3 people working and 0 customers.

I’m sorry to even have to leave a review like this, but I have to warn others that the food & service is subpar. Wish I went somewhere else

Very nice people.. Great coffee and ice cream! Really quick service had to take my wife here for ice cream I got coffee! A little hard for parking and on a busy street.. But you're in and out quick!
