Esma's Restaurant and Carnitas Michoacanas

Had Esma's provide catering my son's graduation party this past weekend for ~125 people. The husband & wife owners were so great to deal with, very patient as we went through the ordering process and super gracious. The food was phenominal, everyone loved and kept asking where we got it from. Carnitas and al pastor were the big favs, but the chicken was also awesome and all of the salsas were fantasitc. The bonus chicarron disappeared before the guests could even get any :) Will definitely be using them again for future catering needs as well as just for a night out!

Hands down the best Mexican food in town that I have tried so far. They give you tons of samples to try and their Carnitas and Carne Asada is absolutely delicious. The Barbacoa is also insanely good. I highly recommend this wonderful family owned restaurant that’s been in town for over eight years. Esma is a doll and everything is family secret recipes. Don’t miss it!

The staff are so very friendly and the service they provide gives one the comfort of being welcome and appreciated.

The food is excellent! I don't like most restaurants' fried rice but theirs is very tasty and is the perfect texture. The meat is tender and flavorful.

Possibly the best steak tacos I have ever had. The rest of my party loved the pulled pork, which is one of the specialties.

Service was also amazing and the family owned atmosphere was a bonus.

I have to agree with other comments on the carnitas. Best in the area for sure. The huaraches were good. The place was very clean and the staff friendly. Will be back again to try the barbacoa, menudo, and pozole.

We love this place so much we even cater every year for birthdays and parties and try to eat there as much as we possibly can, but sometimes whenever caucasians come in (it’s been more then a few times) they seem to appreciate it more and give their full and upmost attention and it makes the Mexican people feel uncomfortable in some cases and don’t worry the Caucasian community will come around because the food is great! all love all around will continue to eat there and cater

Tried as a local place I've often gone past and was very impressed with the chicken tacos. Amazing food and staff was incredibly nice at every turn.
