Always good breakfast, was a little disappointed the last 2 times I ordered there was a mistake & when I called to get the correct item I was told I could get it on my next order but didn't - & then wasn't answered because it was 16 mins to close when I tried to call- not to come back then but just so they knew they didn't give me all my food I paid for.
I’ve been a customer of Gateway for a long time, but unfortunately my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. The meal quality was noticeably worse than before, and when I called about issues with my order, the response felt dismissive rather than service-oriented. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care in both food execution and customer service is what ultimately led me to decide not to return. It’s disappointing to see a place decline this way. And food is too costly...

We visited at the end of lunch time and the food and service were great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The soup of day chicken dumpling gave a good extra touch to having a chicken wrap.
