I ordered my food over an hour ago been waiting for it to be delivered. The woman told me it would be 30 minutes after getting my address. Just called Jimmy John's and they said they have a pick up order for me. Terrible service, why ask for my address if it's a PICK UP ORDER??? Don't apologize when you know it was supposed to be delivered and YOU messed up!

where’s our order? We’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. We’ve Called three times. No one has an answer for where our 5 person order is. No one has apologized either. Someone said they left it at the door, but we’re all waiting at the door. What gives? How will you make this right?
