Waited for over 1 hour and 20 minutes and they can’t even make a single pepperoni pizza in that time. Left because I did not want to wait any longer. I would not recommend this location.

If I had to eat here again I would starve. I had ordered pizza and some crazy bread at 4:20, mind you I had just got the order close to 7. When I got here at my delivery time, said to be 4:50. The whole place was crowded with angry costumers demanding their food. I had waited maybe 10, 20 minutes before I got to ask when my food was supposed to be done. The front desk lady wouldn’t even bother helping and had said they hadn’t even started. I came back an hour later to less people but yet again my food was not yet done. After one more hour of demanding my order I had finally got it, cold. Never again am I eating here.

This location is the absolute WORST. Terrible service and terrible waits. Refuse to help customers at the counter while staring at them and walking right past. Always appears understaffed and cannot keep up with their volume of orders particularly DoorDash orders. This store should stop accepting DoorDash orders until they can properly handle the volume and assist customers appropriately.

If you order a pizza online here, don't wait for a notification that it's done, you won't get one. I suggest going in when your pizza supposed to be done and wait for it, or they'll give it away.

App said the order would be ready at 721 and it wasn't put in oven until after 750! Terrible service! Would not recommend this place if u want food remotely close to the time they say!

I would definitely not recommend this place . This pizza place is the terrible!!!
My mom had ordered pizza two hours ahead of time and she got there and they made her wait 45 minutes, And then they got one of the pizzas wrong.

I am absolutely disappointed and have learned my lesson. I will never order form this Little Caesar's again. This is my third and last time getting an order form here. First two times, the pizza was delivered cold and undercooked. This time, I ordered a 2-liter Diet Pepsi, and what i received upon delivery was 2 20 oz Diet Pepsi's, one with a sticky dirty residue all over it and had expired in 02/2025. The second was clean, but totally different packaging and had expired in 08/2025! I attempted calling the store twice to express my concern about food safety (not to mention point out that two 20 oz sodas do not equal a 2 liter!). I was put on hold both times for 10 minutes. So I gave up there, and called the Little Caesar's customer service number. I sat on hold for 15 minutes before giving up. No surprise, but they clearly have no interest or concern for their customers. I am disgusted and done.
