3/26/25 Subject: Complaint Regarding Delayed and Undercooked Order – Little Caesars
Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your restaurant. On [insert date], I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 6:48 PM. The app provided a pickup time of 7:15-7:20 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:10 PM and waited, expecting my order to be ready shortly. However, I did not receive my food until 8:02 PM—42 to 47 minutes beyond the estimated time.
To make matters worse, the food was clearly rushed and severely undercooked. The pizzas were so doughy that when attempting to take a slice, the middle caved in and stuck to the box. This issue was not limited to just one pizza, but both, along with the other food items I ordered. It was incredibly disappointing to bring home such poor-quality food to five hungry children, only to find it inedible. As a result, I had to spend an additional amount at McDonald’s just to ensure they had something to eat—on top of the $48 I already wasted on this order.
This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expect better quality and service from a well-established chain like Little Caesars. I kindly request a resolution to this issue, whether in the form of a refund or store credit, as the food provided was not edible or up to reasonable standards.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your time.

1 start is to much I just waited 20 mins for them to tell me sorry every is at a 45 min wait this is like the 3rd time I'm not coming back (its never hot and ready) i even tryed calling ahead and still wait over 30min
Update and upgrade to a 4 star I've been back a few times now and can honestly say the service has gotten better

Ordered on line. Sat for 10 minutes waiting for the pizza to show up in the "portal". Nobody called me to say they didn't have sausage. Had to use an interpreter, who was very nice to help me being that she was just there to pick up her pizza's. I don't speak Spanish. Ended up from start to finish almost an hour sitting there even though people walked in and ordered in person and got their pizza's 1st. I was told, by the interpreter, I would get 2 smaller pizza's with extra pepperoni, if that was OK. I said sure.(it was a holiday). Got 1 large with pepperoni and bacon. (ordered a 3 meat with sausage, pepperoni and bacon). So I got 2 out if 3 for the same price and I included a $1 tip for a pickup order. I have pictures of how greasy this pizza was. The grease soaked into my trunk! Close this place till they, or someone else buys it and fixes it. Waste of space right now. Should had read the other comments 1st. My bad!

Use to live in Kenosha, not I travel the world. Come back to visit my Dad every once in a while. I’m amazed at how low the reviews are. Sure, they might not speak a lick of English, which is somewhat surprising for the Little Ceasers I grew up on 20 years ago, but I tell ‘ya what, they know how to make a good pizza! Have been here twice in the past few months I’ve been visiting and not a SINGLE complaint about the food. Hell, one time they gave me an extra pizza “just because”, … or at least that’s what I assumed by his awkward pointing but friendly smile.

Absolutely horrible. Never come to this pizza place. All the workers don’t know how to work, they are lazy and slap ingredients onto the pizza. All the employees deserve to be let go ! Find better workers !

This place seems never to be open. Just updating on my experience on 1/8/2025. Thought I'd try this place again. Went in nobody at the front register, one worker was sitting beside the pizza oven playing on his phone and another worker came in with a bag from Piggly wiggly.That worker proceeded to ignore me and started on a pizza. I was never acknowledged and I guess everyone there is too lazy to work. So I'm done with this joke of an establishment.

Picked up pizzas for a party. Customer service non existent. Lady called for my parties order right infront of me and then just put my pizzas in a hot case for 10 minutes while I tried to get her attention. Pizzas were good though. Came back now a couple days later just got a pizza and crazy bread. Had to wait for someone to give me the missing items from my order and then I get home and the pizza in the pic is what I received. The fact that the person making the pizza said that looks good enough and then the person who checks and boxes it also gave it a thumbs up is crazy. So you think hey let me just call maybe get this remade or something. No they will never pick up the phone. Reached out to them on Facebook and they just tell you to call the support line that is not open on the weekends. So if I’m gunna even get my money back from the crust that I received is a mystery.
I have ordered two times now. You need to wait at least an hour past estimated time and it's cold. Last time I ordered they didn't have sodas which I paid for and they refused to wait on me, then refused a refund. Terrible experiences all around.

One of the worst locations. I came in to pick up my pizza that i order online on the app. The kid told me to cancel it because it was a 45 minute wait.... even though it had said it was ready. What a joke. Spend more money for better quality and service.

This place should NEVER advertise as Hot N Ready! They should be honest and say they are Hot N Rarely Ready. 1 out of 5 times you can go in and actually have ONE ready to go. Good luck getting the topping you actually wanted though. You're just grateful one is even ready to go. Also, you're lucky if you can go inside and even have your presence acknowledged in under 10 minutes. This place sucks and the customer's desperation of an affordable pizza is the ONLY reason this place remains open. I've literally had to walk out with nothing more times than walk out with something. And by the way, this location has been this way for YEARS!!!!
